摘要
本文对自我规制理论研究进行了较为系统的梳理和探讨,分析了自我规制的内涵、类型与特征及相对于政府规制而言的优势与弱点,研究了自我规制与政府规制的互动、兼容、互补关系,探讨了自我规制的动力、发挥作用的条件以及在生产安全和环境保护方面的实践以及有效性检验。
