商业体系与经济效率比较研究

摘要
经济的持续发展取决于经济效率,经济效率与资源配置有关,资源配置的有效性又取决于经济活动的组织模式即商业体系的特征。商业体系是以企业为基本主体的经济活动协调与管理模式。这一体系编织在特定国家和地区的制度与文化网络中,难以被简单复制到其他国家或地区。每个国家或地区因此形成了其独特的经济效率,并使本国或本地区的企业在某些行业或领域更具竞争力。本文通过商业体系的比较研究揭示了经济效率实现途径的非单一性,并以法国为例介绍了商业体系分析模型及其运用,最后指出商业体系多样性的存在为整个世界增加了创造价值的机会。
