员工的高流动率一直是困扰企业的一个难题。要解决这个问题 ,我们首先要分析影响员工流动的因素 ,分析如何降低员工流动率 ,留住优秀员工。本文概述国外学者有关影响员工流动因素的研究 ,同时阐明应该如何留住优秀人才。
