摘要
购并已经成为企业成长不可缺少的一部分,其中一个重要问题就是被购并企业高层经理的去留,它对于能否实现购并目标有着重要的影响。本文系统地总结了高层经理流失的理论分析,并给出了实证数据,同时还讨论了高层经理去留对企业业绩的利弊影响,并对我国企业兼并中的这个问题进行了初步分析。
