摘要
创业研究关注新企业生命周期的前期活动,考察企业的形成机理与演化路径。新企业的初始条件在其日后的生存与成长过程中扮演着重要的角色,对其未来的战略、结构和绩效产生持续的影响。本文围绕新企业的初始条件对其生存与成长的影响这个主题,对现有研究进行了梳理及述评,并构建了一个反映新企业初始条件与其成长关系的研究框架。
