企业环境行为研究理论脉络与演进逻辑探析

摘要
本文梳理了西方学者在企业环境行为方面的研究成果,把相关研究分为三大部分,即企业环境行为的构成维度研究、企业环境行为的影响因素研究以及企业环境行为的影响效应研究,并对各部分研究的理论脉络及其演进逻辑进行了分析,最后在指出现有企业环境行为研究不足的基础上对未来研究方向进行了简要展望。
