参与产学研合作对学研机构主体目标的实现(良好学术绩效的取得)是否有帮助?本研究以该议题展开分析并发现产学研合作与学术绩效之间存在倒U形的影响关系,而且它们之间存在两条影响路径,即“产学研合作—基础研究活动—学术绩效”和“产学研合作—技术开发活动—学术绩效”。其中第一条路径:首先学研机构科研团队参与产学研合作对其基础研究活动的开展产生倒U形影响,然后基础研究活动进一步对其学术绩效产生正向影响;第二条路径:首先学研机构科研团队参与产学研合作对其技术开发活动的开展产生正向影响,然后技术开发活动进一步对其学术绩效产生倒U形影响。本研究从学研机构角度揭示了“产学研合作—学术绩效”之间影响“黑箱”,丰富了产学研合作理论研究。
