机器人在人们工作中的应用越来越普遍,尤其是在传统产业升级的背景下,机器人与各行各业进一步深度融合,从而改变了传统的工作场景与组织模式。人机协作引起了学术界和实践界的广泛关注,但是关于人机协作对员工的影响及其产生机制尚缺乏系统的梳理和总结。鉴于此,本文首先对比传统人机交互与当下人机协作,厘清了人机协作的概念内涵,并归纳了其核心要素;然后,从人机协作的要素出发,系统地总结了人机协作引起的员工心理和行为反应;接下来,进一步梳理和评析了现有研究涉及的理论并讨论了理论的使用方式;在此基础上,构建了人机协作对员工影响的研究框架并讨论了未来研究方向。
