7359组织公民行为的研究备受关注，但是环保组织公民行为却尚未获得足够重视。直到2009年，这个用来刻画企业员工在工作场景中环保行为的概念，才在组织管理领域被提及，并且逐渐引起关注。本文基于国外学者在该议题上的研究进展，首先介绍环保组织公民行为的产生背景和概念内涵，进而围绕其量表发展和相关研究展开阐述。基于社会交换理论、社会学习理论和计划行为理论等视角，对相关实证研究和理论探索成果进行归纳总结。在此基础之上，系统地构建了研究框架图，并就前因变量的探索、跨学科研究的开展、量表的开发和样本的选择等方面对未来研究进行了展望，以期为国内的相关研究提供参考。
