试论国家创业发展体系及其动态演进系统

摘要
本文在企业家精神三个层次论[1]和创业学三个层次论[2]两个静态研究框架的基础上,站在国家整体创业发展的高度,审视宏观创业理论和宏观创业实践体系的发展,以企业家精神这一具有厚重人文意义的概念为核心,对创业学三个层次论进行了深化、扩展和动态化,从而演绎出气势恢弘的国家创业发展体系及其三个动态演进系统,以之作为迎接全球创业热潮之对策。
