技术要素市场化既是完善市场经济体制的重要内容,也是实现高水平科技自立自强、加快构建新发展格局的重要手段。本文以国家技术转移中心设立作为技术要素市场化的冲击场景,考察技术要素市场化对企业全要素生产率的影响。研究发现,技术要素市场化能够显著提升企业全要素生产率。机制检验发现,上述效应主要通过推动技术溢出、激励企业创新、深化专业化分工得以实现。异质性分析发现,对于获得政府补助较多、隶属高科技行业、所在行业竞争程度较高以及所在地区产品市场发育程度较高的企业,技术要素市场化对企业全要素生产率的促进作用更加明显。本文的研究结论具有重要的理论和实践意义,不仅为技术要素市场化的微观经济效应提供新的见解,也为政府部门推动企业生产效率提升提供经验证据。
